The patient is a 68 year old female that had significant weight loss. After accomplishing her weight loss goals, the patient was left with excessive loose skin of the upper arms. Dr. Reedy was able to reduce the excess skin through brachioplasty giving the patient the confidence to wear short sleeve tops without the need to hide her arms.
