Dr. Reedy Featured on “The Doctors” for Helping Local Woman Recover Her Confidence

Berks Plastic Surgery’s Dr. Brian Reedy is working with The Doctors television show to provide cutting-edge treatment for a Pennsylvania woman suffering from severe acne scarring.

Board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Brian Reedy has teamed up with the Emmy® Award-winning, syndicated daytime series The Doctors to offer a local Pennsylvania woman the chance to overcome her longtime struggle with severe acne and scarring.

43-year-old Penny has suffered from severe cystic acne and the resulting acne scarring on her face for almost her entire life. Since it started when she was a teenager, she has spent thousands of dollars on failed treatments, medications, and professional ointments, to no effect. Penny was giving up hope and feared she would never feel comfortable and confident in her skin.

“When The Doctors reached out and told me her story, I was eager to help. We started formulating a treatment plan immediately,” recalls Dr. Reedy. “I love making a difference in people’s lives and transforming their self-confidence.”

Dr. Reedy and the Berks Plastic Surgery staff will be working closely with Penny to achieve her goals over the coming months. The final results will be revealed during The Doctors follow-up episode in early spring 2015.
