A comprehensive warranty program for your peace of mind

When you choose Motiva breast implants, you are automatically enrolled in The Motiva® Health Program, which includes free implant replacement for certain complications and financial assistance for up to 10 years, or the lifetime of the implants. Patients may upgrade to the Motiva® Health Program Plus for $250 to be eligible for free implant replacement after additional complications, as well as more significant financial assistance. The Plus program also offers up to $2,500 towards an explant (removal) procedure within two years if you decide you don’t want to keep the implants.
