What to expect during & after treatment:
VOLUMA injections are performed in our office, and can be completed within the time of a normal lunch break. VOLUMA has a small amount of lidocaine built in to help keep you comfortable, and most patients describe feeling sensations of pinching and pressure during treatment. You can return to your daily activities with little to no downtime, and the most common side effects—redness, tenderness, mild bruising and swelling—should dissipate within 2 weeks of treatment.
