This vibrant 45-year-old patient first came to us because she was bothered by significant asymmetry and droop in her breasts. Her asymmetry had always existed but became worse after breastfeeding. Her initial surgery was a unilateral lift to her right breast, a unilateral reduction and a bilateral breast augmentation with a moderate-sized saline implant. While the outcome was fantastic, the patient still wanted a larger implant and something that felt more natural. The patient came back to us a few years later to replace her saline implants with a larger, 659cc moderate plus silicone gel implant, and she also wanted to address loose skin of her abdomen. The implants were replaced and she also had a full abdominoplasty and liposuction to the posterior hips. The patient is absolutely thrilled with the new body that Dr. Reedy was able to give her.
