This 34-year-old mother of two was bothered by the small size of her breasts. Preoperatively, the patient wore a 34AA bra and had hoped to be a full B to C cup similar to her size during pregnancy. The patient had a petite thin and athletic build standing 5’4” tall weighing 128 pounds. The patient was thrilled postoperatively as Dr. Reedy had achieved her wish of a full C cup breast by using 275 cc moderate plus saline implants filled to 330 cc bilaterally.
