This 23-year-old female was bothered by her small breasts not being in proportion with the rest of her body, as well as asymmetry; with the left breast being smaller than the right. This 5’6”, 145 pound patient was a very small 36B cup and wished to become a full C. The patient, with Dr. Reedy’s guidance, decided to have a bilateral breast augmentation using moderate plus profile saline implants of different sizes to address her symmetry issues. A 400 cc implant was filled to 475 cc on the left side, while a 350 cc implant was filled to 400 cc on the right side. Dr. Reedy’s use of the different sized implants and the adjustment of the fill achieved a beautiful symmetrical result for the patient. She was very happy with the result stating that her body was more in proportion and that she was no longer self conscience about the difference in the size of her breasts. Postoperatively, the patient was wearing a 36C to D cup bra as she had hoped.
