This patient needed to have revisional breast surgery to correct her “bottoming out”. Dr. Reedy performed this revisional breast surgery by doing a capsulotomy and capsulorrhaphy and replacing the old implants from a style 20 350 cc to a new SSF 450 cc gel implant. Her breasts are now in a great position and she does not need to worry about her areola sticking out of her bathing suit anymore.
