A 32 year old mother of 2 kids is bothered by the fullness and hanging of her breasts. She is currently a 34DD cup due to the width of her breasts, but does not fill the cup. She would like to be a C cup. We removed 195 cc from the right breast and 165cc from the left breast by preforming a bilateral superior medial pedicle vertical reduction mammoplasty.
