The patient is a 46 year old female and mother of four. Four pregnancies had left the patient with a protruding abdomen and weakened muscle wall. Compounding the laxity of her abdomen, the patient tended to retain fat in her abdominal region. The patient was not able to exercise as often as she would like, as 4 children and a career would keep even Wonder Woman busy! Dr. Reedy was able to significantly repair the abdominal wall and remove much of the lax skin and fat of the abdomen. The patient wanted to “feel better about herself” and Dr. Reedy was able to help her achieve the flat belly she was looking for.
